I have over a decade of experience helping college students and adults with the career development process, but the true teacher has been my own lived experience.

Most of my 20’s were spent working in roles I didn’t love. There was nothing to grow, but I learned some valuable lessons.

First, I have to enjoy what I do. I no longer have the energy to work in roles I don’t love. Second, I am a better employee if I have dealbreakers aka boundaries. Finally, work is not my identity; it’s simply a part of my life.

For the past ten years, I have helped folks prepare for and transition into careers in communication, business, sustainability, life sciences, bioscience, agbioscience, engineering, nonprofit, entertainment, hospitality & tourism, and many more.
